We ship to every country in Europe by land. To the countries on other continents we ship by sea or air - CIF (named port of destination). We can help you by calculating the freight quotation if you need it. If you prefer to pick up by yourself or your chosen transportation agency, it is possible to pick up the machines from our factory EXW Poznań (Poland), and we will gladly provide the dimensions and weight of the packaging.

We provide a 12-month warranty period for non-consumable parts (the warranty does not cover blades, sharpening stones, gear belts etc.).

If you have problems after the warranty period is over, contact us - we will help you solve your problem and if there is a need to do so, provide with new parts if something broke in your machine. The technical support is via the Internet or phone, and after the warranty period is over, the parts are supplied as per the price list.

Yes, we do. Although most of our machines are quite simple and require minimum amount of maintenance and training, and our instruction manuals cover the installation very well. We can install your machine for you, but it is a paid service.

We probably do. Let us know what machines are you interested in and in which country you are based, and we’ll forward your information to our agent. In case we don’t have an agent in your country we can supply directly.

For most of our machines the production time is in between 2 and 4 weeks, it depends on current amount of orders. Some complex machines like CTL or CTLR series take more time to manufacture, as we develop them from scratch at individual requests, and this may take up to 8-12 weeks.

In case we have the machine in stock we can ship or you can arrange transport after a 100% prepayment. In case when we have to manufacture we require a 30% prepayment and 70% before shipping. You can send us the payment slip from the bank, we accept T/T from your bank based on Proforma Invoice issued by our office.

In most cases it is possible. Explain your needs and we will do our best to solve your problem.

Yes, we provide manufacturer’s CE declaration of conformity.

Yes, we do. We can also arrange an approved signature in Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Yes, we ship all our pallets and crates made of fumigated wood according to International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15). All pallets are branded with a mark of compliance.

Yes, we do. Tell us the serial number of your machine (S/N) and we’ll send you the manual via e-mail.
