The P-3 series machines are a rewinding and inspection machines designed mostly for non-elastic materials. With this machine, one can re-roll, measure and inspect fabric. The machine comes in several types, so it’s important. The P-3S Rewinding Machine is an ideal choice for all textile manufacturers and businesses that handle any type of non-elastic fabrics. The standard width of the P-3 fabric roll is 190cm and the maximum roll diameter is 50cm. On special requests we are able to make machines for rolls up to 240 cm wide and diameter 80cm.

Q: What is the difference between P and PP?

A: P is just a rewinding machine, PP is rewinding-inspection machine (with backlighting, it allows one to inspect the material during the rewinding process).

Q: What is the difference between L and S?

A: L means weaker motor (180 W rated for rolls max. 40 kg), S means more powerful motor (370 W rated for rolls max. 70 kg).

Q: What does E mean?

A: E means - Encoder (digital counter). In P-3SE and PP-3SE we give digital counter and a touchscreen panel. The machine is able to stop at a required length. Only S version of the machine can be equipped with an encoder.

Q: What is the difference between /R and /A

A: /R version has the manual electric cutter OT-1/R. Version /A has the semi-automatic cutter OT-1/A.

Q: What does /K means?

A: /K version machines are machines designed with a big cradle 80cm in diameter for big but lightweight materials (like filters).

Q: Is the rewinding speed adjustable?

A: Both machines are with adjustable speed, L version speed is adjustable using electric board, S version has inverter. S version is better for heavier rolls of fabric.

Q: Do P-3 series machines have fabric edge alignment, automatic stop, reverse or fabric tension control?

A: No, these machines are very simple and inexpensive. They do not have these functions. If you need the fabric edge alignment, automatic stop or fabric tension control we can make a custom machine similar to PP-5 or CTLR-2000. These machines are made individually for your materials.
