SŁAWOMIR JAŚKOWIAK, ANETA JAŚKOWIAK with its registered office in Poznań, we hereby inform that in November 2024, the enterprise operated as part of the business activity conducted by the entrepreneur Ms. Aneta Jaśkowiak and Sławomir Jaśkowiak, operated under the name FIRMA PRODUKCYJNO-USŁUGOWO-HANDLOWA "REXEL" Civil Law Partnership SŁAWOMIR JAŚKOWIAK, ANETA JAŚKOWIAK with its registered office in Poznań, will be transformed into REXEL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, in accordance with the provisions of Article 556 and subsequent provisions of the Commercial Companies Code, into REXEL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Poznań.
The change of legal form, and consequently the form of conducted activity, does not affect the continuation of the business activity by the partners of the company. In accordance with the Companies Code, REXEL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością will be the legal successor of the business activity conducted by the previous entrepreneur FIRMA PRODUKCYJNO-USŁUGOWO-HANDLOWA "REXEL" Spółka cywilna SŁAWOMIR JAŚKOWIAK, ANETA JAŚKOWIAK with its registered office in Poznań.
